Returns & Refunds

We want you to be sure about every piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@avdvcty.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, and we'll send you instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or email us and we'll help arrange an exchange subject to availability.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
